2/1/2019  Fiverr International Limited acquired ClearVoice, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ClearVoice develops a content marketing platform that enables brands and agencies to connect with freelancers to create content and is based in Phoenix.

2/4/2019  Lynx FBO Network acquired FBO assets of World Jet, Inc. from World Jet Corporation. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. World Jet engages in the sale and brokerage of aircraft parts and is based in Tucson.

2/4/2019  Arrow Exterminators, Inc. acquired All Guard Pest Control, L.L.C. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. All Guard provides pest control services and is based in Chandler.

2/6/2019  Travel Tripper, LLC agreed to acquire Pegasus Solutions Companies. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Pegasus provides technology solutions for independent hotels, groups, and chains and is based in Scottsdale. Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP and Cypress, LLP are serving as legal advisors to Pegasus.

2/7/2019  Air Culinaire Worldwide, LLC acquired Business Assets of Food 4 Jets, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Food 4 Jets engages in jet catering business and is based in Scottsdale.

2/12/2019  Southern Airways Corporation acquired Mokulele Flight Service, Inc., dba Mokulele Airlines, Inc., from TransPac Aviation Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. TransPac provides aviation training services and is based in Phoenix.

2/12/2019  International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. agreed to acquire SOR Technology, LLC. International Cruise & Excursions provides vacation-based loyalty, rewards, and incentive programs to its members and is based in Scottsdale.

2/15/2019  Troon Golf, LLC acquired RealFood Consulting. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Troon is the world's largest golf management company and is based in Scottsdale. Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. served as legal advisor to Troon.

2/15/2019  Best Western International, Inc. acquired World Hotels AG. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Best Western operates a chain of hotels and is based in Phoenix.

2/19/2019  Village Fertility Pharmacy, Inc. acquired Integrity Rx Specialty Pharmacy LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Integrity Rx is a specialty pharmacy that focuses on the treatment of infertility and is based in Scottsdale.

2/22/2019  Westfall Technik, Inc. acquired Precision Injection Molding Company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Westfall provides manufacturing solutions for the production of plastic parts in the medical, packaging, and consumer goods segments and is based in Chandler.

2/27/2019  MERCK Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien (DB:MRK) agreed to acquire Versum Materials, Inc. (NYSE:VSM) for $6.3 billion. Versum develops, manufactures, transports, and handles specialty materials for the semiconductor and display industries and is based in Tempe. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is serving as legal advisor to Versum.

2/27/2019  Kind Hospitality, Inc. acquired Macayo Restaurants, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Macayo operates Mexican food restaurants and is based in Phoenix. Kind Hospitality operates restaurants and is based in Mesa.

2/4/2019  Mike Bianco, President of AvAir, Inc., and Corrum Capital Management LLC acquired AvAir, Inc. in a management buyout. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. AvAir distributes and supplies aircraft parts and components for the aviation aftermarket and is based in Chandler. Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP served as legal advisor to AvAir.

2/6/2019  Weld North LLC agreed to acquire Glynlyon, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Glynlyon provides educational opportunities and curriculum for pre K-12 students and is based in Chandler. Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP is serving as legal advisor to Glynlyon.

2/12/2019  AppDome Ltd. announced that it has received a round of funding from new investor DVI Equity Partners, LLC. DVI is a venture capital firm based in Tucson.

2/19/2019  GO Car Wash announced that it has received a round of funding from new investor Imperial Capital Limited. GO offers car washing services and is based in Phoenix.

2/26/2019  Bishop Fox, LLC announced that it has received $25.0 million in its Series A round of funding from new investor ForgePoint Capital. Bishop offers IT security consulting services and is based in Tempe.

2/28/2019  Paradox, Inc. announced that it has received $13.3 million in a round of funding from 6 investors. Paradox develops an assistive intelligence platform that transforms global talent acquisition and candidate experience and is based in Scottsdale.
