5/1/2019 Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE:ICE) agreed to acquire Simplifile, LC for $335.0 million. Simplifile offers Web-based public document electronic recording services and is based in Provo.
5/8/2019 Wirepath Home Systems, LLC agreed to acquire Control4 Corporation (NasdaqGS:CTRL) for $693.7 million. Control4 provides smart home and business solutions and is based in Salt Lake City. Goodwin Procter LLP will serve as legal advisor to Control4.
5/9/2019 Cool Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqCM:AWSM) agreed to acquire Simply Mac, Inc. from GameStop Corp. (NYSE:GME). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Simply Mac retails Apple products and accessories and is based in Salt Lake City.
5/13/2019 ION, LLC agreed to acquire Gamma West Brachytherapy, LLC, dba Gamma West Cancer Services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Gamma West provides radiation oncology services for cancer treatment and is based in Salt Lake City.
5/15/2019 Incorporate Massage Co. acquired Selah Bodyworks. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Incorporate Massage provides onsite corporate massage and wellness services and is based in South Jordan.
5/15/2019 Appliqate Inc. (OTCPK:APQT) acquired Centsapp, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Centsapp develops an online bill-payment platform and is based in Sandy. Appliqate operates a blockchain payment platform and is based in Draper.
5/15/2019 Parkland Fuel Corporation (TSX:PKI) agreed to acquire Ken Bettridge Distributing, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ken Bettridge Distributing supplies bulk fuels and lubricants for wholesale, retail, and onsite delivery and is based in Cedar City.
5/16/2019 Discovery Health Partners acquired HealthMind, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. HealthMind develops an integrated software platform that supports multiple payment accuracy programs and is based in Salt Lake City.
5/20/2019 Orion ICS, LLC acquired Accolo Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Accolo, a recruitment process outsourcing provider, provides on-demand recruitment support for mid-size and enterprise organizations and is based in Lehi.
5/21/2019 Zogoworkx LLC acquired 6 Pack Fitness, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Zogoworkx offers nutrition, supplements, and gym accessories and is based in Pleasant Grove.
5/22/2019 CentralSquare Technologies acquired Tellus Safety Solutions, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Tellus Safety Solutions develops software connecting the operational environments of police, fire, medical, and government agencies and is based in Bountiful.
5/22/2019 Appliqate Inc. (OTCPK:APQT) acquired Onfire Learning LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Onfire Learning develops an online learning management system for students and is based in St. George. Appliqate operates a blockchain payment platform and is based in Draper.
5/23/2019 NUVI LLC acquired Go Banyan, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Go Banyan develops a HIPAA-compliant, media consent application to promote medical practices with social media, reviews, websites, and listings and is based in Orem. NUVI provides real-time dashboards and visualizations on a social media platform and is based in Salt Lake City.
5/24/2019 Consolidated Container Company LLC acquired assets of Sonic Plastics, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sonic Plastics manufactures HDPE plastic bottles via extrusion blow molding and is based in Lindon.
5/28/2019 Absorb Software Inc. acquired Torch LMS. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Torch LMS is a SaaS-based learning management system provider based in Lehi.

5/1/2019 AE Industrial Partners, LLC acquired a majority interest in Alpine Air Express Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Alpine Air Express engages in the air cargo business and is based in Provo.
5/10/2019 Featheringill Capital, LLC along with senior management agreed to acquire a majority interest in Experlogix, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Experlogix develops automated configurator solutions for enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems and is based in Salt Lake City.
5/15/2019 Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC acquired a majority stake in InMoment, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. InMoment develops and offers InMoment XI Platform, a cloud-based customer experience optimization platform, and is based in South Jordan. DLA Piper LLP (US) served as legal advisor to InMoment.
5/17/2019 DW Healthcare Partners acquired a stake in Spectrum Solutions, LLC and Go-2 Fulfillment Company, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Spectrum develops, designs, and manufactures containers for the scientific testing, medical, organic health, and cosmetic sectors and is based in Draper. Go-2 provides solutions for packaging and shipping needs and is based in Draper. DW Healthcare Partners is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Park City. Haynes and Boone LLP served as legal advisor to Spectrum and Go-2. Paul Hastings LLP served as legal advisor to DW Healthcare Partners.

5/8/2019 Velano Vascular, Inc. announced that it has received $10.0 million in funding from Intermountain Healthcare, Inc., Kapor Capital and other investors. Intermountain owns and operates 22 not-for-profit hospitals and 185 clinics that serve communities in Utah and southern Idaho and is based in Salt Lake City.
5/14/2019 NetVoyage Corporation, dba NetDocuments, announced that it has received an equity round of funding from new investor Cove Hill Partners, L.P. NetDocuments provides cloud-based document and email management solutions and is based in Lehi.
