7/11/2019 TRC Companies, Inc. acquired the Testing and Commissioning Field Services Division from EC Source Services, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. EC Source Services, together with its subsidiaries, operates as an EPC program management entity focused on financing and deploying extra high voltage electrical systems in North America and is based in Mesa.

7/15/2019 Covenant Surgical Partners, Inc. acquired Arizona Centers for Digestive Health. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 7/29/2019 Cavco Industries, Inc. (NasdaqGS:CVCO) agreed to acquire substantially all of the assets and liabilities of Destiny Industries, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Cavco designs, produces, and retails manufactured homes and is based in Phoenix.
7/31/2019 The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (NasdaqGS:CAKE) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Fox Restaurant Concepts LLC (FRC) and the remaining interest in North Italia for approximately $353.0 million. FRC owns and operates a chain of restaurants in the United States and is based in Phoenix.

Bright produces hair bleach products, shaving depilatory powders, and liquid developers and colors and is based in Coolidge. Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. served as legal advisor to Bright.
7/16/2019 Delvern Capital and Montage Partners, Inc. acquired a stake in AdvantCo International, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Montage Partners is a private equity firm based in Scottsdale. Osborn Maledon, P.A. served as legal advisor to Montage.
7/10/2019 Stratasan, LLC announced that it has received $26.0 million in a round of funding led by new investor Fulcrum Equity Partners, Inc. with participation from new investors Frist Cressey Ventures, LLC, Blue Heron Capital, LLC, Western Alliance Bancorporation (NYSE:WAL) and company management. Western Alliance Bancorporation operates as the holding company for Western Alliance Bank that provides various banking products and related services and is based in Phoenix.
7/11/2019 appsFreedom, Inc. announced that it has received $5.3 million in funding from two investors. appsFreedom provides cloud-based mobility solutions for the enterprise and is based in Chandler.
7/16/2019 iCrx, Inc. announced that it has received funding from UAVenture Capital, LLC. iCrx is an automatic eyeglass prescription technology startup. UAVenture Capital is a venture capital fund designed to commercialize University of Arizona Science, Technology, Services and Products and is based in Tucson.
7/30/2019 Electronic Design & Development Corporation (ED2 Corp.) announced that it has received a Series A round of funding from DVI Equity Partners, LLC and other investors. ED2 Corp. designs and manufactures marine radio wireless devices and solutions and is based in Tucson. DVI Equity Partners is a venture capital firm based in Tucson.
