3/1/2020 Advanced Wellness Solutions Pte. Ltd. agreed to acquire UClue, Inc., dba ÜFORIA Science. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ÜFORIA manufactures nutritional supplements through plant-based ingredients, which include prebiotics, vitamins, super fruits, and minerals, and is based in Washington, UT.
3/2/2020 Title iO, Inc. acquired GreenFolders Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Title iO develops data integration and synchronization technology and software and is based in Sandy.
3/3/2020 Brivo Systems, LLC acquired Parakeet Technologies, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Parakeet Technologies provides smart home automation technology and is based in Provo.
3/3/2020 Jack's Tire & Oil, Inc. agreed to acquire A & E Tire Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Jack's Tire & Oil provides tires, wheels, auto repair, and brake services and is based in Logan.
3/9/2020 Intermountain Electronics, Inc. acquired BASELAYER Technology, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Intermountain Electronics designs, engineers, manufactures, and services custom electrical distribution and control equipment and is based in Price.
3/10/2020 Clarus Corporation (NasdaqGS:CLAR) agreed to acquire SKB Corporation, Inc. for $96.9 million. Clarus develops, manufactures, and distributes outdoor equipment and lifestyle products and is based in Salt Lake City. Kane Kessler, P.C. is serving as legal advisor to Clarus.
3/12/2020 TheraLight, LLC acquired assets of Theralight, Inc. of Carlsbad, CA. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. TheraLight is a medical device company that develops phototherapy devices for body wellness and is based in Lindon.
3/16/2020 C.J. Foods, Inc. acquired American Nutrition, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. American Nutrition manufactures super-premium dry, canned and baked pet food products and pet treats and is based in Ogden. The transaction created the largest independent manufacturer of super-premium pet food in the country and will enable the combined company to offer a full portfolio of pet food products and pet treats, with capacity to produce in excess of one billion pounds of pet food annually. Durham Jones & Pinegar, P.C. served as legal advisor to American Nutrition.
3/16/2020 Experlogix, Inc. acquired e-Con Solutions B.V. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Experlogix develops automated configurator solutions for enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems and is based in Salt Lake City.
3/17/2020 Sportsman's Warehouse Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqGS:SPWH) agreed to acquire one Field & Stream Store in Crescent Springs, Kentucky and one in Kalamazoo, Michigan from DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. (NYSE:DKS). The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Sportsman's Warehouse, together with its subsidiaries, operates as an outdoor sporting goods retailer and is based in Midvale.

3/11/2020 Vitalchain announced that it has received funding from Medici Ventures, Inc. Medici is an accelerator and principal investment arm of Overstock.com and is based in Salt Lake City.
3/16/2020 Conservice, LLC announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to receive funding from Advent International Corporation. Conservice provides utility management and billing services and is based in River Heights.
3/31/2020 SonderMind Inc. announced that it will receive $27.0 million in its Series B round of funding led by General Catalyst Partners with participation from Kickstart Seed Fund, Dioko Ventures and other investors. Kickstart Seed Fund is a venture capital firm based in Cottonwood Heights.
