8/1/2025 JF Acquisition, LLC acquired Maverick Petroleum Services, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Avondale, Maverick operates as a petroleum equipment service contractor.

8/5/2025 Hueman People Solutions, LLC acquired Empower Partnerships LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Phoenix, Empower is a recruitment process outsourcing and HR consulting firm specializing in high-volume and supply chain recruitment for clients in logistics, transportation, industrial, manufacturing, and technology.

8/6/2025 Engel & Völkers Scottsdale acquired Desert Platinum Properties, LLC, dba Platinum Living Realty. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Platinum offers real estate services and is based in Scottsdale. Engel & Völkers is a global luxury real estate brand and its Scottsdale operation is part of the franchise portfolio operated by Paul Benson and his team.

8/6/2025 Adobe Care and Wellness LLC acquired MedZed, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Adobe offers proactive care management services through a tech-enabled, hybrid care model delivering whole-person care and is based in Phoenix.

8/7/2025 Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company acquired Patient App B.V. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Healthcare Outcomes provides orthopedic practice and service line management to hospitals and health systems, medical groups, practices, and payors and is based in Phoenix.

8/7/2025 Intuitive Machines, Inc. (NasdaqGM:LUNR) agreed to acquire KinetX Aerospace, Inc. for $30.0 million. Based in Tempe, KinetX offers aerospace engineering, technology, software development, and business consulting services to defense, commercial, and government markets.

8/11/2025 MPSW Holdings, Inc. acquired Engineered Equipment Sales & Testing, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. MPSW provides equipment sales, service, controls, and parts for HVAC and plumbing systems and is based in Phoenix.

8/11/2025 Electrical Consultants, Inc. acquired TransCo.Energy, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. TransCo operates as a technical consulting company that provides expert services in the areas of system planning, operations, interconnection support, and energy development and is based in Tempe. Snell & Wilmer served as legal advisor to TransCo.

8/13/2025 PHX Beer Co. and Huss Brewing Company, LLC announced that they have merged and formed Zonafide Beverages LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Huss operates as a craft brewery and is based in Tempe. PHX Beer produces and retails beer and is based in Phoenix.

8/13/2025 PURE Healthcare, LLC agreed to acquire AleraCare Holdings, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. AleraCare provides home and community-based healthcare and pharmacy services and is based in Phoenix. Holland & Knight LLP is serving as legal advisor to AleraCare.

8/20/2025 Community Management Holdings (CMH) acquired HOAMCO and Alamo Management Group. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. HOAMCO provides community association management services and is based in Prescott. Backed by Charlesbank Capital Partners, CMH is a national community association management platform formed to acquire and grow leading regional operators and is based in Scottsdale.

8/21/2025 Workday, Inc. (NasdaqGS:WDAY) agreed to acquire a unknown majority stake in Paradox, Inc. for $1.0 billion. The transaction closed on 10/1/2025. Paradox is a candidate experience agent that uses conversational AI to simplify the job application process and is based in Scottsdale. DLA Piper LLP (US) served as legal advisor to Paradox.

8/21/2025 Mariner, LLC agreed to acquire Ultra Financial Partners LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ultra operates as a retirement and financial planning company offering wealth planning solutions and is based in Scottsdale.

8/22/2025 Rochester Midland Corporation acquired Decon Water Technologies, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Decon provides wastewater treatment services and is based in Phoenix.

8/7/2025 Clearinghouse Community Development Financial Institution (Clearinghouse CDFI) announced that it has received $35.0 million in a recapitalization round of funding that included participation from Western Alliance Bancorporation (NYSE:WAL), PNC Mezzanine Capital, and other investors. Based in Phoenix, Western Alliance provides various banking products and related services primarily in Arizona, California, and Nevada.

8/13/2025 Mesa Technologies Inc. announced that is has received $24.0 million in a funding round from new investor Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. and returning investor Trinity Capital Inc. (NasdaqGS:TRIN). Trinity is a venture capital firm specializing in venture debt and is based in Phoenix.

8/19/2025 Bonus Homes announced that it has received $65.5 million in a round of funding that included participation from Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE:RWT), NextView Ventures, and other investors. Bonus is a real estate technology and investment company based in Phoenix.

8/20/2025 Flexential Inc. announced that it has received equity funding in a transaction that included participation from GI Manager L.P. and Hamilton Lane Incorporated (NasdaqGS:HLNE). GI is a private equity, data infrastructure, and real estate investment firm based in Scottsdale.

8/21/2025 Relcu, Inc. announced that it has received a funding round that included participation from Tempe-based Valley Ventures, Menlo Ventures Management, L.P., and other investors.

8/25/2025 RideNow Group, Inc. (NasdaqCM:RDNW) announced that it has received $10.0 million in a round of funding through unsecured subordinated promissory notes with participation from Stone House Capital Management, LLC, Face Canyon, LLC, and other investors. RideNow provides powersports dealership and vehicle transportation services and is based in Phoenix.
