9/2/2025 HonorHealth Foundation agreed to acquire Evernorth Care Group. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Evernorth operates healthcare clinics and is based in Phoenix. HonorHealth is a not-for-profit institution that owns and operates a network of hospitals and healthcare centers and is based in Scottsdale.

9/3/2025 Sustainable Medical Billing, LLC acquired the Revenue Cycle Management Services of MedEvolve, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sustainable provides medical billing and revenue cycle management services, including claims submission, denial management, payment posting, and patient billing, and is based in Phoenix.

9/9/2025 Ally Waste Services, LLC acquired WeDoTrash. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ally provides valet trash and recycling services, including pressure washing, carport cleaning, dumpster leveling, and trash removal, and is based in Gilbert.

9/9/2025 Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) acquired iJoin Success. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. iJoin develops a digital enrollment services platform to offer a progressive goal-based approach to personalized retirement advice and is based in Scottsdale.

9/9/2025 Montway LLC acquired TurnTime Transport. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. TurnTime provides nationwide vehicle shipping and transportation brokerage services through a network of trusted carriers and is based in Anthem.

9/9/2025 Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE:RSG) acquired Green River Waste Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Republic provides waste collection, recycling, and environmental services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers and is based in Phoenix.

9/15/2025 Creative Brands acquired The Giftwrap Company. On 9/16/2025, Creative acquired C.R. Gibson, LLC. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Creative manufactures, distributes, and imports gifts, inspirational products, and drinkware and is based in Phoenix.

9/15/2025 EverCommerce Inc. (NasdaqGS:EVCM) acquired JOBLYT LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. JOBLYT develops an AI voice assistant platform that helps service-based businesses answer phone calls, book appointments, and capture leads and is based in Phoenix.

9/16/2025 AST Revolution, LLC announced its launch following the completion of a court-approved acquisition of select assets of Accelerate Diagnostics, Inc. under the Chapter 11 process, including the Accelerate WAVE™ and Arc™ Systems and associated intellectual property portfolio. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Accelerate, an in vitro diagnostics company, provides solutions for the diagnosis of serious infections and is based in Tucson. AST operates as an in vitro diagnostics company that develops rapid antimicrobial susceptibility testing solutions to improve patient outcomes and lower healthcare costs and is based in Tucson.

9/17/2025 Legends Global acquired Nations Group, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Nations is a Scottsdale-based owners representation firm that offers project development finance solutions and project and construction management across collegiate, professional, municipal, and commercial markets. Greenberg Traurig, LLP served as legal advisor to Nations.

9/18/2025 Mountainseed Appraisal Management, LLC acquired four branch locations from Copper State Credit Union for $17.0 million. Copper is a credit unions and mutuals company based in Phoenix.

9/22/2025 Carvana Co. (NYSE:CVNA) acquired Park Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram from Wood Motor Company, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Carvana operates an e-commerce platform for buying and selling used cars in the U.S. and is based in Tempe.

9/22/2025 ResiXperts agreed to acquire Handy Plumbing Man, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ResiXperts provides residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services and is based in Tucson.

9/22/2025 onsemi (NASDAQ:ON) agreed to acquire rights to Vcore power technologies, including associated intellectual property licenses, from Aura Semiconductor for $144.0 million. The transaction, which closed on 10/27/2025, strengthens its portfolio for delivering differentiated solutions across the power tree for AI data center solutions. Based in Scottsdale, onsemi designs, manufactures, and sells semiconductor components for electronic systems and products, offering solutions for signal conditioning, sensing, motor control, connectivity, and power management. Morrison & Foerster LLP is serving as legal advisor to onsemi.

9/23/2025 Axon Enterprise, Inc. (NasdaqGS:AXON) agreed to acquire Invictus Apps, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Axon develops and sells TASER devices, body cameras, and cloud-based software for public safety and law enforcement and is based in Scottsdale. Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is serving as legal advisor to Axon.

9/23/2025 Right Traffic acquired Southwest Barricades, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Southwest provides construction safety and traffic control services and is based in Phoenix.

9/25/2025 Datavant, Inc. agreed to acquire DigitalOwl, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Datavant develops a healthcare data collaboration platform and is based in Phoenix.

9/26/2025 NameSilo, LLC acquired CommerceHQ Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. NameSilo provides domain name registration and management services and is based in Phoenix.

9/29/2025 Commit Agency acquired Gumas Advertising, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Commit operates as a marketing and advertising agency and is based in Chandler.

9/10/2025 Montage Partners announced it successfully exited its investment in Puroflux Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of industrial and commercial water filtration and control systems. Montage is a private equity firm based in Scottsdale.

9/29/2025 Northrim Horizon L.P. acquired ACG Systems, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Northrim is a private equity firm based in Mesa.

9/4/2025 cureVision announced that it has received a round of funding that included participation from new investor BioLabs Holdings Inc. Based in Mesa, BioLabs operates as a biotechnology company that develops and manufactures wound care solutions for those suffering from chronic wounds.

9/9/2025 Nuclearn Inc. announced that it has raised $10.5 million in a round of funding led by Blue Bear Capital LLC with participation from SJF Ventures, Nucleation Capital, LP, and AZ-VC. Nuclearn provides artificial intelligence process automation solutions for the nuclear industry and is based in Phoenix. AZ-VC is a privately owned investment manager based in Phoenix.

9/9/2025 Tquila Automation, Inc. announced that it has raised $15.0 million in a round of funding from Trinity Capital Inc. (NasdaqGS:TRIN). Trinity is a venture capital firm specializing in venture debt and is based in Phoenix.

9/10/2025 Opendoor Technologies Inc. entered into a stock purchase agreement for issuance of 6,165,412 common shares at a price of $6.65 per share for gross proceeds of $40.9 million with participation from Khosla Ventures, Eric Wu, and others. Opendoor operates a digital platform for residential real estate transactions and is based in Tempe. Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is serving as legal advisor to Opendoor.

9/15/2025 DMD Systems Recovery Inc. announced that it has received funding that included participation from new investor Tailwind Management LP. DMD provides IT asset disposal services and is based in Tempe. Polsinelli PC served as legal advisor to DMD.

9/16/2025 Nalu Medical, Inc. announced that it will receive $50.0 million in a round of funding that includes participation from new investor Trinity Capital Inc. (NasdaqGS:TRIN). Trinity is a venture capital firm specializing in venture debt and is based in Phoenix.

9/16/2025 SoulArt Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding led by new investor Mashup Ventures. SoulArt develops AI-based virtual reality tracking solutions, including the Soul Art Station, which tracks users' whole-body movements without wearing equipment, and is based in Scottsdale.

9/24/2025 EV Mobile Charge OC announced that it has received $20.0 million in an equity round of funding led by Pacific Current Partners with participation from Cali Ventures GmbH, Frontier Fleet Fund, Western Alliance Bank, and others. Based in Phoenix, Western Alliance operates as a full-service bank offering tailored commercial banking solutions and consumer products.

9/25/2025 Third Way Health, Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding that included participation from new investor Medpoint Management LLC. MedPoint provides health care management services and is based in Scottsdale.

9/29/2025 CISO Global Inc. (NasdaqCM:CISO) entered into a $15.0 million convertible preferred equity facility with B. Riley Securities to fund expansion initiatives. CISO operates as a cybersecurity, compliance, and software company and is based in Scottsdale. Greenberg Traurig, LLP is serving as legal advisor to CISO.

9/30/2025 RunBuggy announced the close of a $37.0 million Series B funding round led by Centana Growth Partners with participation from OMI Capital and other investors. Based in Phoenix, RunBuggy develops and operates a technology platform that connects car shippers and haulers, and offers AI-driven logistics, cloud-based transportation management, and marketplace solutions to streamline automotive transport.
