3/3/2025 MasterControl Solutions, Inc. acquired Qualer Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. MasterControl is a provider of cloud-based quality and manufacturing software for life sciences and other regulated industries and is based in Salt Lake City.
3/4/2025 Ntracts, Inc. acquired Compliatric. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Compliatric operates as a holistic compliance management platform for healthcare organizations and is based in Salt Lake City.
3/5/2025 Woodland Foods, LLC acquired Sevillo Fine Foods, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sevillo manufactures fire-grilled vegetables, slow-roasted tomatoes, pickled vegetables, spreads, and sauces and is based in Salt Lake City.
3/5/2025 Kenect, LLC acquired Auto Labs, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Pleasant Grove, Kenect develops texting tools and a reputation management platform designed to improve customer experience, capture new leads and generate online reviews. Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP served as legal advisor to Kenect.
3/7/2025 Undisclosed private investors acquired ASC Warehouse. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Bluffdale, ASC is a trusted supplier of new, remanufactured, and used diesel engine parts for a wide range of industries, including transportation, construction, and agriculture.
3/10/2025 KNS International, LLC acquired Birdies, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. KNS engages in the retailing of footwear and is based in Draper.
3/13/2025 Inside Real Estate acquired ListAssist. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Murray, Inside Real Estate is a real estate software firm that provides an online community platform that allows agents, home buyers, and sellers to market their businesses, inventory, and themselves through a suite of marketing tools.
3/18/2025 Greenix Holdings LLC acquired Spidexx Pest Control FL, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Spidexx operates as a pest management company and is based in Saint George.
3/20/2025 Tillou Management and Consulting LLC acquired substantially all assets of WAVE Inc., a subsidiary of Ideanomics, Inc. (OTCPK:IDEX.Q). On 12/4/2024, WAVE filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. It is in joint administration with Ideanomics. WAVE manufactures wireless charging systems for the mass transit, ports, and warehouse and distribution markets and is based in Salt Lake City.
3/25/2025 SAVI iQ acquired Galaxi Networks, Inc., dba OliverIQ. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. OliverIQ owns and operates a smart home automation platform for managing the connected home with smart home solutions and is based in South Jordan. SAVI develops AI-driven intelligence for commercial AV and smart home technology and is based in South Jordan.

3/3/2025 Cloud Smith Pty Limited announced that it has received $23.0 million in a round of funding led by TCMI Inc. with participation from Insight Venture Management, LLC, MMC Pvt Ltd, Frontline Ventures (GP) Limited, Techstart Ventures LLP, Sorenson Capital, and other investors. Sorenson is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Lehi.
3/12/2025 Leavitt Equity Partners announced that it has raised a round of funding from new investor First Citizens Healthcare Finance to enable a new partnership between Leavitt Equity Partners and Pediatrics Plus. Based in Salt Lake City, Leavitt Equity Partners is the private equity arm of Leavitt Partners, a healthcare consulting firm that provides federal policy insights, strategic advice, assistance in forming member-based alliances, and help with investment support.
3/13/2025 Intelligems, Inc. announced that it has received $9.0 million in a round of funding led by Stage 2 Capital with participation from Techstars Central, LLC, Frazier Group, Vinyl Capital LLC, Hawke Ventures LLC, and other investors. Frazier is a venture capital firm based in Lehi.
3/17/2025 VulnCheck, Inc. announced that it has received $12.0 million in a round of funding led by Ten Eleven Ventures with participation from Sorenson Capital, In-Q-Tel, Inc., and other investors. Sorenson is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Lehi.
