4/7/2025 Republic Airways Holdings Inc. agreed to acquire Mesa Air Group, Inc. (NasdaqCM:MESA). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Mesa Air Group is the holding company for Mesa Airlines, which provides regional air carrier scheduled passenger services and is based in Phoenix.
