5/27/2025 Rocket Lab Corporation (NasdaqCM:RKLB) agreed to acquire Geost, LLC for $275.0 million in a mix of $125.0 million of cash and $150.0 million in privately placed shares of Rocket Lab common stock, plus up to $50.0 million in potential additional cash earnout payments tied to revenue targets. Geost is a Tucson-based producer of affordable high-performance optical systems for critical national security space missions.

5/20/2025 Seeds Investor Holdings, Inc. announced that it has raised $10.0 million in a round of funding led by new investor Portage Ventures L.P. with participation from new investors Social Leverage Advisors, LLC and Blank Ventures. Social Leverage is a venture capital firm based in Scottsdale.
5/21/2025 Zoca Technologies Inc. announced that it has raised $6.0 million in a round of funding led by new investor Accel Partners with participation from GTMfund LLC, Better Capital, and Elevation Capital.
