6/2/2025 Annuity.com, Inc. acquired the seminar division of Snarr Financial & Insurance Services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Annuity.com operates as a fintech and financial media company that provides estate planning as well as retirement planning services and is based in Gilbert.

6/2/2025 Sun Auto Tire & Service Inc. acquired Fausak Tires & Service. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sun Auto provides automotive aftermarket repair services under the BRAKEmax and Tire Works brands and is based in Tucson.

6/3/2025 Pyx Health, Inc. acquired FarmBox Direct Inc. The acquisition was made possible by a $47.5 million investment from S2G Investments in strategic partnership with TT Capital Partners. Pyx develops and operates a mobile and scalable healthcare technology platform that connects with members outside of the traditional care setting and is based in Tucson. Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP served as legal advisor to Pyx.

6/3/2025 Catalis Dental Lab Partners acquired Revolution Dental Lab. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. As part of the acquisition, Revolution Dental Lab will be rebranded as Pan-Am West. Catalis Dental operates a national network of dental laboratories that deliver digitally enabled restorative solutions and is based in Tempe.

6/5/2025 ResiXperts acquired Temco Air Environmental. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Temco operates as a residential and commercial cooling and heating service provider and is based in Tucson. ResiXperts offers residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services and is based in Tucson.

6/9/2025 Salt Dental Collective, LLC acquired Pediatric Dental Associates. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Salt operates as a dental partnership organization that supports dental practitioners and is based in Phoenix.

6/9/2025 Komatsu America Corp. acquired six dealerships in California and Arizona of Core Machinery. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Core engages in selling, renting, and servicing of mining, construction, and forestry equipment and is based in Phoenix.

6/11/2025 Re-Bath, LLC acquired its largest franchisee operation, formerly owned by Kurt and Drew Kittleson. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Re-Bath engages in manufacturing and remodeling bathtubs, shower liners, wall surrounds, and accessories and is based in Phoenix.

6/11/2025 Paynt UAB acquired E-xact Transactions Ltd. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. E-xact Transactions provides online financial transaction processing services and is based in Scottsdale.

6/11/2025 Instrumentum, LLC acquired Sterile Processing Express (SPDx) and Sterile Processing Services of America (SPSA). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. SPDx manufactures and distributes sterile instrumentation to ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals and is based in Phoenix.

6/17/2025 Inszone Insurance Services, Inc. acquired Evers Insurance, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Evers specializes in commercial insurance, particularly in the garage and auto dealer industries, and is based in Cave Creek.

6/17/2025 Osaic, Inc. acquired Boston-based RIA CW Advisors, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Scottsdale-based Osaic is a provider of wealth management solutions and is a portfolio company of Reverence Capital Partners.

6/18/2025 Concord Servicing LLC acquired Orion First Financial, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Concord is a provider of credit administration software and services for originators, lenders, and investors and is based in Scottsdale.

6/20/2025 Diamond Technologies Inc. acquired the asset portfolio of Akhan Semiconductor, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Phoenix, Diamond is a materials innovation company developing and commercializing diamond-based solutions across semiconductors, aerospace, defense, optics, and industrial applications.

6/23/2025 Evive Brands, LLC acquired Maid Brigade Systems, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Scottsdale, Evive is a community of franchise service brands including Executive Home Care, Assisted Living Locators, Grasons, and The Brothers That Just Do Gutters.

6/23/2025 SOLV Energy, LLC acquired Spartan Infrastructure. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Spartan operates as a high-voltage transmission contractor and is based in Mesa.
