9/1/2026 Aria Care Partners acquired Precision Mobile Care LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Precision offers a full range of mobile onsite preventive and restorative dental care through a professional staff of dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants and is based in Park City.
9/1/2026 Energy Exemplar LLC acquired SIMONE Research Group s.r.o. and LIWACOM Informationstechnik GmbH. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Energy Exemplar develops energy market modeling, simulation, and analytics software and is based in Salt Lake City. Watson, Farley & Williams (New York) LLP served as legal advisor to Energy Exemplar.
9/1/2026 Redo Tech, Inc. acquired TryNow, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Redo provides post-purchase management technology for e-commerce merchants and is based in Draper.
9/1/2026 PACS Group, Inc. (NYSE:PACS) agreed to acquire the operations of 32 skilled nursing facilities across Florida. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. PACS, through its subsidiaries, operates skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities and is based in Salt Lake City.
9/1/2026 Mountain West Utility Trailer, Inc. acquired RMT Equipment. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. RMT is a dealer of new and pre-owned golf carts, tractors, lawn and other equipment and is based in Salt Lake City. Mountain West sells new and used semi-trailers, yard trucks, truck equipment, and related parts and services and is based in Salt Lake City.
9/3/2026 Ally Waste LLC acquired Swift Integrated Services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Swift provides dumpster management, doorstep trash pickup, and waste brokerage services and is based in Spanish Fork.
9/8/2026 NOW CFO, LLC acquired Formation Financial Consulting, Inc. On 9/29/2026, NOW CFO acquired Go HQ and its sister company, Bright Flag Recruiting, which will transition to the Go HQ brand in the coming months. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. NOW CFO provides fractional CFO services for businesses and is based in Salt Lake City.
9/8/2026 MotionOps, Inc. acquired Emitto Ltd. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. MotionOps provides software solutions that help service contractors digitalize and manage their business operations and is based in Draper.

9/22/2026 ClientTether LLC agreed to acquire FranTelligence, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Spanish Fork, FranTelligence designs and develops an AI-powered franchise management software platform that helps franchisors, franchisees, and multi-unit operators streamline franchise operations and improve business performance. ClientTether develops a franchise management software solution and is based in Spanish Fork.
9/23/2026 MoonPay USA LLC entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire North Capital Investment Technology Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. North Capital provides private markets infrastructure, financial technology, brokerage, custody, escrow, and investment services for private and exempt securities and is based in Midvale.
9/25/2026 Sunwest Bank entered into a purchase and assumption agreement with the FDIC to assume substantially all deposits and acquire approximately $476.0 million of assets of Nano Banc, following the bank's closure by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. Sunwest is a commercial bank based in Sandy.
9/29/2026 Othram, Inc. acquired Sorenson Forensics LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sorenson provides forensic DNA services to assist law enforcement agencies, public crime labs, and officers of the courts in solving criminal cases and is based in Draper.

9/2/2026 SunPower Inc. (NasdaqGM:SPWR) raised $26.2 million in an equity private placement round anchored by Foris Ventures with participation from other investors. SunPower is a solar technology, services, and installation company based in Orem.
9/3/2026 OpenReserve Bank, National Association announced that it has received $25.0 million in a round of funding led by a16z crypto with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Jump Capital, LLC, Wintermute Ventures, and other investors. OpenReserve is developing a blockchain-native national bank and is based in Salt Lake City.
9/9/2026 Kelso Industries, LLC announced that it has received a round of funding led by new investor NorthSands Capital, L.P. with participation from returning investor Peterson Partners, LLC. Kelso provides mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services and is based in Draper. Peterson is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City. Mayer Brown LLP and Honigman LLP served as legal advisors to Kelso and Peterson.
9/15/2026 It's Electric, Inc. announced that it has raised a round of funding led by returning investor Halogen Ventures Management Company, LLC with participation from Dipalo Ventures, Alumni Ventures Group, LLC, Wisdom Ventures Fund, LLC, Gratitude Railroad, and other investors. Gratitude Railroad is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Park City.

9/29/2026 Freyya, Inc. announced that it has raised a round of funding led by Alamo Angels. Freyya manufactures a pelvic floor monitoring and feedback device for healthcare and is based in Salt Lake City.
9/29/2026 Destro AI Inc. announced that it has raised $8.0 million in a round of funding co-led by Base10 Partners Capital Management, LLC and Bonfire Ventures Management, LLC with participation from Cofound Partners, LLC. Cofound is a venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.
9/30/2026 IMSAR LLC announced that it has received a strategic investment from new investor OceanSound Partners, LP. The transaction closed on 10/5/2026. IMSAR is a developer and manufacturer of low size, weight, and power synthetic aperture radar payloads and mission software for unmanned and manned aircraft and is based in Springville. Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP served as legal advisor to IMSAR.
