2/2/2026 Leavitt Group Enterprises, Inc. acquired majority stake in FBMC Benefits Management, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Leavitt provides insurance brokerage services and is based in Cedar City.

2/2/2026 Ridley's Family Markets agreed to acquire Terrels Markets. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Terrels operates 6 grocery stores and is based in Mt. Pleasant. Ridley’s operates approximately 40 stores across the Intermountain West and was founded in Payson.

2/3/2026 GC Services Limited Partnership, dba InteLogix, acquired Pioneer Customer Experience, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Park City, InteLogix operates a business process outsourcing company and provides accounts receivable and customer care solutions to public and private sector organizations.

2/5/2026 Accela, Inc. acquired Novotx. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Riverdale, Novotx develops and delivers a geo-centric platform for public asset management, service delivery, and operational and maintenance workflows for utilities and local governments. Kunzler Law Group served as legal advisor to Novotx.

2/5/2026 Aserdin acquired Sharpr Corporation. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Salt Lake City, Sharpr develops and operates a knowledge management platform designed to easily collect, analyze, and share market and competitive intelligence insights.

2/10/2026 HR Path SAS acquired Lumi Consulting Group, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Lumi offers workday consulting services within the information technology sector and is based in American Fork.

2/19/2026 SUSE LLC acquired Losant, an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. SUSE designs and develops enterprise-grade open source solutions and is based in Pleasant Grove.

2/20/2026 Atlas Copco AB (publ) (OM:ATCO A) agreed to acquire LACO Technologies, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Salt Lake City, LACO manufactures comprehensive vacuum solutions, vacuum chambers and advanced leak detection equipment, designed for aerospace, research and development, and diverse industrial applications.

2/23/2026 Cando Rail & Terminals LP agreed to acquire Savage Enterprises, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Midvale, Savage offers transportation, logistics, materials handling, and other industrial services. Kirkland & Ellis LLP is serving as legal advisor to Savage.

2/23/2026 LenderMAC agreed to acquire Direct Mortgage Corp. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Direct is a wholesale mortgage banker based in Midvale.

2/25/2026 Nexus IT Consultants LLC acquired Damon Technology Solutions. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Nexus operates as an IT services company that specializes in providing comprehensive IT support for small and medium-sized businesses and is based in Salt Lake City.

2/27/2026 Knife River Corporation (NYSE:KNF) acquired Morgan Asphalt, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Morgan provides heavy civil construction and asphalt paving services for the infrastructure and development sectors and is based in Magna.

2/12/2026 Riverside Merchant Partners, LLC acquired Western Botanicals, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Spanish Fork, Western develops and manufactures vitamins, minerals, and supplements.

2/26/2026 The Cynosure Group acquired Utah Development and Construction (UDC). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. UDC operates as a multidisciplinary real estate development firm based in Salt Lake City. Cynosure is a private equity firm based in Salt Lake City.

2/28/2026 Solen Software Group, Inc. acquired Trackit LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Solen is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

2/4/2026 Stratus Medical, LLC announced that it has received $10.0 million in a round of funding led by new investor Wasatch Venture Management, LLC. Wasatch is a venture capital and private equity firm based in Logan.

2/4/2026 Synthpop Inc. announced that it has received $15.0 million in a round of funding that included participation from Ansa Capital, Storm Ventures LLC, Peterson Ventures, LLC, Defy Partners Management, LLC, and others. Peterson is a venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

2/5/2026 Bound Rates Limited announced that it has received $24.4 million in a round of funding led by new investor AlbionVC with participation from Album VC, GoHub Ventures, 1818 Venture Capital, and others. Album is a venture capital firm based in Lehi.

2/10/2026 Algorized Sarl announced that it has received $13.0 million in a round of funding led by new investor Run Ventures with participation from returning investor Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund, a fund managed by Amazon.com Inc., Investment Arm, Acrobator Ventures BV, and others. Run is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

2/11/2026 Brandlight AI Ltd. announced that it has received $30.0 million in its Series A round of funding led by Pelion Ventures with participation from existing investors. Pelion is a venture capital firm based in Draper.

2/23/2026 Coral Care, Inc. announced that it has raised $13.0 million in its Series A round of funding led by Haymaker Ventures with participation from FCA Ventures, Peterson Ventures, Alleycorp, Reach Capital, Jefferson River Capital, and others. Peterson is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

2/25/2026 Inhouse AI, Inc. announced that it has raised $5.0 million in a round of funding led by new investors Run Ventures and Royal Street Ventures with participation from new investor Switch Ventures and LegalZoom co-founder and former CEO Brian Liu. Run is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

2/26/2026 Portfolio BI, Inc. announced that it will receive a round of funding from new investor Decathlon Capital Partners, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Decathlon is a venture capital firm based in Park City.

2/26/2026 SubcontractorHub Inc. announced that it has received $15.3 million in a round of funding that included participation from new investor Curve Partners. SubcontractorHub develops an AI-driven operating system for residential construction and home services businesses and is based in Park City.
