4/1/2026 Arbiter, LLC acquired Vertical Raise, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Arbiter develops SaaS-based tools for scheduling, registration, payments, and eligibility verification for athletic departments, school districts, and officiating organizations and is based in Sandy.

4/1/2026 Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (NasdaqGS:MMSI) acquired View Point Medical, Inc. for approximately $140.0 million. Merit designs, develops, manufactures, and markets single-use medical products for interventional, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures and is based in South Jordan. Baker & McKenzie LLP served as legal advisor to Merit.

4/2/2026 Phantom Space Corporation acquired Thermal Management Technologies, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Thermal manufactures and sells thermal and mechanical solutions for the aerospace and industrial sectors and is based in North Logan.

4/2/2026 Rollins, Inc. (NYSE:ROL) acquired Romex Pest Control, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Romex provides residential and commercial pest control services and is based in Pleasant Grove.

4/2/2026 Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (NYSE:BBBY) agreed to acquire The Container Store, Inc. for $150.0 million. Bed Bath & Beyond operates as an e-commerce-focused retailer in the U.S. and Canada and is based in Murray. Sidley Austin LLP served as legal advisor to Bed Bath & Beyond.

4/3/2026 Pave America, LLC acquired Ridge Rock, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ridge operates as a construction company that specializes in asphalt, concrete, earthwork, utilities, and parking lot maintenance services and is based in Bluffdale.

4/6/2026 Security 101 acquired Ford Industries Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ford offers technical security solutions and is based in Taylorsville.

4/6/2026 Spectrum Engineers, Inc. acquired Colvin Engineering Associates, Inc. In a separate related transaction, Spectrum also acquired Envision Engineering, P.C. The merger of the three companies formed Lynk Engineers. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Colvin creates mechanical and electrical designs for commercial buildings, industrial plants, and health care facilities and is based in Salt Lake City. Envision operates as an engineering consultancy company and is based in Salt Lake City. Spectrum is a multi-discipline consulting engineering firm based in Salt Lake City.

4/7/2026 Soltis Investment Advisors, LLC acquired GDM Private Financial Solutions, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Soltis is a privately owned investment manager based in St. George.

4/7/2026 EIS Holdings, LLC acquired TID, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in North Salt Lake, TID offers demolition services, including interior and selective demolition, structural demolition, residential demolition, and hydrodemolition.

4/9/2026 Pello Companies, LLC agreed to acquire ByAllAccounts, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Pello operates as an open finance innovation company and is based in Salt Lake City. Cooley LLP served as legal advisor to Pello.

4/14/2026 Backcountry.com, LLC acquired Coalatree Organics, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Coalatree designs, manufactures, and sells eco-minded gear and apparel for men and women and is based in Salt Lake City. 4/14/2026 Meeder Public Funds, Inc. acquired Moreton Asset Management, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Moreton is a privately owned investment manager based in Farmington.

4/14/2026 Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC acquired JJL&W Insurance Consulting, LLC, Wampold Insurance Company, LLC, Lansing Consulting Group, LLC, J. Venture Holdings, LLC, and Joffrion Consultant Group LLC. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Trucordia offers insurance brokerage services and is based in Lindon.

4/21/2026 qBotica, Inc. acquired Automatiga. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Automatiga is a product-driven technology company advancing enterprise automation through its unified Agentic Automation Platform and is based in Herriman.

4/21/2026 CallRevu, LLC acquired Calldrip. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Calldrip designs and develops lead response and sales acceleration software and is based in Salt Lake City.

4/21/2026 Associate Owners Group, Inc. (AOG) acquired Your IA, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Your IA provides investment advisory services in the U.S. and is based in St. George. AOG operates as a holding company that provides a shared equity platform for financial services firms in the USA and is based in St. George.

4/21/2026 Sunwest Bank agreed to acquire the former MidWestOne and Bank of Denver branches from Nicolet National Bank. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Sandy, Sunwest is a privately held commercial bank with over $4.0 billion in assets and offices across California, Arizona, Idaho, Colorado, Utah, and Florida.

4/23/2026 Kipu Health LLC acquired Team Recovery Technologies. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Team is a provider of patient engagement and alumni recovery solutions and is based in Draper.

4/30/2026 iGlobal Exports, LLC, dba Zonos, acquired Evolve Trade Services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Zonos develops an artificial intelligence operating system for cross-border trade and is based in St. George.

4/30/2026 Park Systems Corp. (KOSDAQ:A140860) acquired Rocky Mountain Nanotechnology LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Rocky engages in the manufacturing of ultra-high-purity solid platinum and platinum-iridium AFM probes and is based in Bountiful.

4/30/2026 Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE:RSG) agreed to acquire Robinson Waste Services, Inc. The transaction closed on 5/8/2026 and the terms were not disclosed. Robinson offers waste disposal services for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors and is based in Layton.

4/2/2026 Court Square Capital Management, LP acquired an unknown majority stake in CallTower Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CallTower offers unified communications, collaboration, and contact center solutions through cloud-based platforms and related services and is based in South Jordan. Ropes & Gray LLP served as legal advisor to CallTower.

4/6/2026 Energy Capital Partners, LLC agreed to acquire EnergySolutions, Inc. EnergySolutions provides nuclear services to government and commercial customers and is based in Salt Lake City. Ropes & Gray LLP is serving as legal advisor to EnergySolutions.

4/10/2026 OpenSource Consensus (Shanghai) Technologies Co., Ltd. announced that it has received a round of funding led by Shanghai SDIC Pioneer Fund with participation from the China Internet Investment Fund, Suzhou Capital Group, Legend Capital, Lenovo Capital, and Blake Capital, an investment firm based in Bountiful.

4/15/2026 Parasail, Inc. announced that it has received $32.0 million in a round of funding co-led by Touring Capital LLC and Kindred Ventures LLC with participation from Samsung NEXT, LLC, Banyan Growth Partners, and other investors. Banyan is a venture capital and private equity firm based in Holladay.

4/22/2026 Fortem Technologies, Inc. announced that it has received $25.0 million in a round of funding that included participation from returning investor Lockheed Martin Ventures. Fortem develops and manufactures intrusion detection and detect-and-avoid solutions that alert, identify, and classify drones and other unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAVs) and is based in Pleasant Grove.

4/28/2026 SunPower Inc. (NasdaqGM:SPWR) announced it closed a private placement of $41.0 million in senior, convertible debenture notes with a 10% coupon. SunPower engages in the provision of solar system sales and installation in the U.S. and is based in Orem. Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP served as legal advisor to SunPower.

4/29/2026 Linkerbot (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has received a round of funding that included participation from Zhongguancun Science City Innovation Fund, BOC Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd., Fosun Capital, Blake Capital, LLC, and others. Blake is an investment firm based in Bountiful.

4/30/2026 Techcyte, Inc. announced that it has received $15.0 million in a round of funding led by Van Tuyl Companies, Inc. with participation from Mayo Clinic, Inc. and Zoetis Inc. Techcyte designs and develops deep-learning software platform that uses image analysis to assist pathologists in the diagnostic process and is based in Orem.
