Nexus operates as an IT services company that specializes in providing comprehensive IT support for small and medium-sized businesses and is based in Salt Lake City.

6/1/2026 Bristol Hospice, LLC acquired Hope Hospice & Palliative Care Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Bristol provides hospice healthcare services to meet the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and their families/caregivers and is based in Salt Lake City.

6/1/2026 Commercial Funding Inc. acquired the factoring portfolio of Amegy Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Zions provides various banking products and related services in 11 western states and is based in Salt Lake City. Commercial Funding is a full-service accounts receivable financing company that provides funding solutions for small to mid-sized companies across the U.S. and is based in Salt Lake City.

6/2/2026 Elite Equipment Rental, LLC acquired Infrastructure Solutions Group, Inc. and ISG Rents, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Elite provides specialized equipment rentals and services and is based in Roosevelt.

6/3/2026 Sitecore Corporation A/S acquired Excelsa Labs, Inc., dba Scrunch AI, for $225.0 million. Scrunch designs and develops an optimization platform for digital marketing and is based in Salt Lake City.

6/3/2026 Soltis Investment Advisors, LLC acquired Artifex Financial Group, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Soltis is an SEC registered investment advisory firm based in St. George.

6/3/2026 United Energy Workers Healthcare acquired Mountain West Medical Supply L.L.C. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Mountain West is a durable medical equipment provider and is based in Sandy.

6/4/2026 SwiftComply US Opco, Inc. acquired ComplianceGo. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ComplianceGo designs and develops a stormwater compliance software and is based in Orem.

6/5/2026 Ultradent Products, Inc. acquired Azena Medical, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ultradent manufactures dental products and equipment and is based in South Jordan.

6/9/2026 Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC acquired assets of Hecht-Stout Insurance Agency. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Trucordia offers insurance brokerage services and is based in Lindon.

6/10/2026 Becklar, LLC acquired Legacy Security Services, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Becklar operates as a provider of wholesale monitoring services and is based in Ogden.

6/12/2026 Mitsui Chemicals America, Inc. agreed to acquire Ultradent Products, Inc. for $900.0 million. Ultradent manufactures dental products and equipment and is based in South Jordan. Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Ultradent.

6/16/2026 HR HealthCare acquired SteriGear LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. SteriGear manufactures medical products for hospitals, surgery centers, and skilled nursing facilities and is based in Pleasant Grove. Dorsey & Whitney LLP served as legal advisor to SteriGear.

6/16/2026 CCI Systems, Inc. acquired Layton Surveys LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Layton provides land surveying and mapping services and is based in Woods Cross.

6/16/2026 Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (NYSE:BBBY) entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire Fathom Holdings Inc. (NasdaqCM:FTHM) in an all stock transaction that implies an equity value for Fathom of approximately $53.4 million and reflects an exchange ratio of 0.2236 shares of Bed Bath & Beyond common stock for each Fathom share, subject to certain adjustments at closing of the transaction. Bed Bath & Beyond operates as an e-commerce-focused retailer in the U.S. and Canada and is based in Murray. Latham & Watkins LLP is serving as legal advisor to Bed Bath & Beyond.

6/17/2026 Compliancy Group, LLC acquired Healthicity, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Healthicity operates as a provider of compliance management solutions for healthcare organizations and is based in Draper.

6/17/2026 ClearShift acquired Freedom Ford Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Gunnison, Freedom Ford operates as a Ford automotive dealer providing new and pre-owned vehicles, financing solutions, and service.

6/18/2026 Connie Health Inc. acquired Clearlink's Medicare business. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Clearlink is an independent insurance agency based in Draper.

6/22/2026 L2 Brands, LLC acquired Wild Tribute. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Salt Lake City, Wild Tribute is a purpose-driven lifestyle brand that donates 4% of proceeds to organizations dedicated to the preservation and protection of natural spaces.

6/23/2026 FINTECH.TV, PBC agreed to acquire TAP, Inc. for $50.0 million. The transaction closed on 7/20/2026. Based in Salt Lake City, TAP operates as a financial technology company that provides market intelligence, advisory services, brokerage connectivity, payments technology, registry systems, and tokenization infrastructure service.

6/24/2026 CAI Software, LLC acquired PlanetTogether, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Holladay, CAI designs and develops enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and related technology solutions, including inventory management, payment processing, and managed IT services, primarily for manufacturing and distribution businesses. Paul Hastings LLP served as legal advisor to CAI.

6/29/2026 Revmatics Inc. acquired DataFeedWatch. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Revmatics designs and develops an AI-based marketing platform and is based in Lehi. Latham & Watkins LLP served as legal advisor to Revmatics.

6/29/2026 PACS Group, Inc. (NYSE:PACS) agreed to acquire 34 skilled nursing facilities across six western states of Eduro Healthcare. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Eduro owns and operates healthcare facilities in Utah, California, Colorado, and Wisconsin, and is based in Salt Lake City. PACS, through its subsidiaries, operates skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities in the U.S. and is based in Salt Lake City.

6/30/2026 Equity Real Estate, LLC acquired NRE Real Estate Professionals. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. NRE provides real estate brokerage services and is based in West Jordan. Equity Realtors provides residential real estate brokerage services and is based in Sandy.

6/30/2026 Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. (NYSE:BBBY) acquired Installed Right and SFV Services, LLC for $39.5 million. Bed Bath & Beyond operates as an e-commerce-focused retailer in the U.S. and Canada and is based in Murray. Sidley Austin LLP served as legal advisor to Bed Bath & Beyond.

6/30/2026 Packsize International, LLC agreed to acquire the packaging business of Panotec. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Packsize offers automated packaging solutions and is based in Salt Lake City.

6/2/2026 SewerAI Corporation announced that it has raised a round of funding led by new investor JMI Equity with participation from Innovius Capital, EPIC Ventures, and Bentley Systems. EPIC is a venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

6/11/2026 Applause Technology, Inc. announced that it will raise $12.0 million in a round of funding. As of 6/25/2026, Applause received $7.0 in its first tranche from 3 investors. Applause provides employee engagement and incentive software as a service and is based in Salt Lake City.

6/16/2026 CaseWorthy, Inc. announced that it has secured a majority growth investment from Rubicon Technology Partners. CaseWorthy is a purpose-built case management platform provider for non-profit and government organizations and is based in West Valley City. Paul Hastings LLP served as legal advisor to CaseWorthy.

6/16/2026 Elektrik App Inc. announced that it has received a growth investment from Lead Edge Capital Management, LLC. Based in Lindon, Elektrik develops and operates a platform that helps users find cable part numbers and alternative brands of cable and accessories that fit the cable.

6/23/2026 Redo Tech, Inc. announced that it has raised $81.0 million in its Series B round of funding at a reported valuation of $1.25 billion. The round was led by Smash Capital, with participation from existing investors Pelion Venture Partners and Cervin Ventures. Redo is a commerce technology company that helps brands manage customer interactions across the post-purchase journey and is based in Draper. Pelion is a venture capital firm based in Draper.

6/24/2026 Paleblue announced that it has raised a round of funding that included participation from new investor Galvion Ltd. Paleblue develops and sells rechargeable lithium batteries and is based in Park City.

6/25/2026 Validar Inc. announced that it has received a round of venture debt funding from Decathlon Capital Partners, LLC. Decathlon is a venture capital firm based in Park City.

6/25/2026 The Fundworks, LLC announced that it will receive $28.0 million in a round of funding. The transaction closed on 7/13/2026 and included participation from 3 investors. Fundworks provides revenue-based financing to small businesses and is based in Salt Lake City.

6/26/2026 Chess.com, LLC announced that it has received funding from CVC Capital Partners, joining existing investor General Atlantic. Based in Orem, Chess.com develops an online platform for playing chess, providing chess-related content, educational resources, and hosting chess events.
