8/3/2026 Troon Golf, LLC acquired Bobby Jones Links. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Troon provides professional club management services to locations worldwide and is based in Scottsdale.

8/4/2026 PointsKash Inc. acquired more than 2,100 cryptocurrency kiosks through the recent Bitcoin Depot bankruptcy proceedings. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Scottsdale, PointsKash offers a multi-financial service platform through its KashPoint kiosks and mobile application.

8/4/2026 Mortgage Automator Inc. acquired Lendr, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Lendr develops loan management software designed for private and hard money lenders to automate origination and servicing and is based in Queen Creek.

8/5/2026 Imagine Learning LLC acquired Wayside Publishing. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Imagine supports educators with curriculum and learning solutions designed to improve student outcomes and is based in Tempe.

8/5/2026 Smile Source acquired Profitable PPOs. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Profitable PPOs provides insurance solutions for dentists and is based in Phoenix.

8/7/2026 IES Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqGM:IESC) agreed to acquire DBM Global Inc. (OTCPK:DBMG) from INNOVATE Corp. (NYSE:VATE) and other stockholders for approximately $650.0 million, consisting of cash and shares of IES common stock. DBM is a vertically integrated structural steel fabrication, erection and industrial services platform for large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure and mission-critical projects, and is based in Phoenix.

8/10/2026 DecisionPoint Technologies, Inc. acquired American Barcode and RFID LLC (AB&R). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. AB&R provides RFID, data capture, and IoT solutions that help organizations identify, track, and manage inventory and assets throughout the supply chain, and is based in Phoenix.

8/11/2026 Amspec Services, Inc. acquired Turner Laboratories, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Turner operates as an advanced, full-service environmental testing laboratory and is based in Tucson.

8/12/2026 SELECCIÓN Consulting LLC acquired AppsFreedom, Inc., dba Pillir. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Pillir provides an AI execution infrastructure platform for enterprise systems and is based in Chandler.

8/13/2026 Kinematics, LLC acquired RenuTrak, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. RenuTrak provides renewable energy trackers and spare parts for solar plants and is based in Mesa. 8/19/2026 ScanSource, Inc. (NasdaqGS:SCSC) agreed to acquire Frontier Technology LLC, dba MicroAge, for $220.5 million. The transaction closed on 9/1/2026. MicroAge offers technology hardware, software, and outsourced IT support services and is based in Phoenix.

8/21/2026 Dogs 24/7 LLC acquired The Canine Campus Training and Wellness Center, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Chandler, Dogs 24/7 provides dog care services, including cage-free dog boarding, doggy daycare, and grooming services, and also operates an online shop for retail pet products.

8/24/2026 NEXA Lending acquired UMortgage. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. NEXA, based in Mesa, is one of the nation's leading mortgage platforms, built to support independent loan originators with the tools, technology, compensation, and infrastructure needed to grow their businesses.

8/24/2026 Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc. announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Air Power USA relating to the strategic combination of the companies and the expansion of Air Power's clean-energy technology platform throughout the U.S. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Cyber is a water science technology company that focuses on the remediation of contaminated industrial wastewater for the oil and gas industry and is based in Scottsdale.

8/25/2026 Full Circle Electronics, L.L.C. acquired Mac of All Trades, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Full Circle provides electronic recycling services and is based in Phoenix.

8/25/2026 Sun Auto Tire & Service Inc. acquired Klipper Automotive Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Klipper is an automotive repair business serving the greater Tucson market. Sun owns and operates more than 575 tire and service centers across the U.S. and is based in Mesa.

8/26/2026 Medtelligent, Inc. acquired the Ella and elbi technology platforms of TapRoot Interventions & Solutions, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. TapRoot develops Ella, an AI-powered digital assistant that helps long-term care communities improve care for cognitively impaired individuals with a behavioral approach, and is based in Phoenix.

8/31/2026 Crest Insurance Group, LLC agreed to acquire Tegeler & Associates Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction closed on 9/1/2026. Crest provides insurance brokerage and risk management services and is based in Tucson. Troutman Pepper Locke LLP served as legal advisor to Crest.

8/31/2026 Justrite Manufacturing Company, L.L.C. acquired ServerLIFT LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ServerLIFT manufactures data center lifts and server relocation equipment for data centers and is based in Phoenix. Jones Day served as legal advisor to ServerLIFT.

Thompson/McCarthy Coffee Co. recently completed the sale of its assets consisting of 29 Dutch Bros stores in Arizona to Dutch Bros Inc. (NYSE:BROS) for approximately $63.5 million. Dutch Bros operates and franchises drive-thru coffee shops and is based in Tempe. Buchalter LLP served as legal advisor to Thompson/McCarthy Coffee Co.

ALKEME Insurance recently acquired Ambassador Group, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ambassador Group is an insurance agency specializing in the food and beverage industry and is based in Phoenix. Buchalter LLP served as legal advisor to the owners of Ambassador Group.

8/6/2026 Dansons Capital Group, in partnership with Accrual Equity Partners and Hydro Construction, acquired Shasta Pools & Spas, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Shasta builds and remodels custom pools and is based in Phoenix. Accrual is a private equity firm based in Scottsdale. Hydro offers commercial pool construction and renovation services and is based in Scottsdale.

8/18/2026 Midas Equity Opportunities LLC and Najafi Companies agreed to acquire the European Power and Battery Control Solutions business of Panasonic Industry Co., Ltd. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Najafi is a private equity firm based in Phoenix.

8/4/2026 CND Life Sciences, Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding led by returning investor S-Curve Partners with participation from other returning investors. CND researches and develops diagnostic solutions for neurodegenerative diseases and is based in Scottsdale.

8/10/2026 NantOptiFab, Inc. announced that it will raise $30.0 million in a round of funding. As of 8/27/2026, NantOptiFab has received $20.0 million from a single investor. NantOptiFab builds advanced photonic chips and wafers for telecom, AI, defense and quantum applications and is based in Phoenix.

8/13/2026 ServBanc Holdco, Inc. announced that it has raised $90.0 million in a round of funding that included participation from more than 45 investors. The company issued 7.00% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2036. Based in Phoenix, ServBanc serves customers throughout the U.S. through a large-scale mortgage subservicing business, a traditional community banking franchise and a specialty banking division. Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP served as legal advisor to ServBanc.

8/13/2026 PointsKash Inc. announced an expanded strategic capital commitment of up to $100.0 million from Hawk Capital Advisors. The first phase provides for up to $35.0 million of capital through October 30, 2026 and a second phase provides for up to an additional $65.0 million of growth capital from February through April 30, 2027, subject to PointsKash achieving agreed operating, commercial and deployment milestones and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Based in Scottsdale, PointsKash offers a multi-financial service platform through its KashPoint kiosks and mobile application.

8/21/2026 Global Water Resources, Inc. (NasdaqGM:GWRS) announced that it has raised $10.0 million in a round of funding that included participation from Levine Investments LP, Andrew M. Cohn, and Verde Investments, Inc. Global is a water resource management company that owns, operates, and manages regulated water, wastewater, and recycled water systems in metropolitan Phoenix and Tucson, and is based in Phoenix. Levine is a Phoenix-based real estate investment and development firm. Verde is a real estate and private investment firm owned by Ernest Garcia II. Snell & Wilmer served as legal advisor to Global Water.
