8/4/2026 Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC acquired the assets of Shipley & Pease Insurance. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Trucordia offers insurance brokerage services, including commercial and personal lines, life and health, and employee benefits insurance solutions, and is based in Lindon.

8/4/2026 CRH Americas Materials, Inc. acquired Pisgah Stone Products LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Pisgah manufactures aggregates for asphalt, concrete, and construction applications and is based in Wellsville.

8/4/2026 Associate Owners Group, Inc. acquired Debt Medic, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Associate Owners Group operates as a holding company that provides a shared equity platform for financial services firms in the U.S. and is based in St. George.

8/5/2026 Gorgeous Collective, LLC acquired Mud Franchising, LLC, dba Clean Your Dirty Face. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Gorgeous operates as a multi-brand franchise platform for the beauty, wellness, and personal care industries and is based in Salt Lake City. Baker & McKenzie LLP served as legal advisor to Gorgeous.

8/6/2026 Grant Victor, LLC acquired Automated Transaction Delivery LLC, along with its affiliated retail ATM business, ATM Worldwide. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Kaysville, Grant Victor provides ATM and financial service solutions, specializing in the management, maintenance, and transformation of ATM networks for financial institutions and retail businesses.

8/10/2026 Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) agreed to acquire Varex Imaging Corporation (NasdaqGS:VREX) for approximately $1.1 billion, or $18.90 per share in cash. Varex designs, manufactures, and sells X-ray imaging components and is based in Salt Lake City. Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is serving as legal advisor to Varex.

8/10/2026 Andersen Group Inc. (NYSE:ANDG) agreed to acquire Zenger Folkman Company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Zenger Folkman operates as a professional training and coaching firm specializing in data-driven leadership development based on empirical research of multi-rater assessments and is based in Orem.

8/11/2026 CHG Healthcare Services, Inc. acquired KREWE Anesthesia, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CHG operates as a healthcare staffing company that provides access to a network of multi-state licensed providers for both in-person and virtual care and is based in Midvale. Latham & Watkins LLP served as legal advisor to CHG.

8/11/2026 WCF Insurance Company entered into an agreement to acquire Work First Casualty Company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Work First operates as a property and casualty company that offers underwriting, loss prevention, and claims management services and is based in Salt Lake City. WCF is a property and casualty company that provides workers' compensation insurance and is based in Sandy.

8/12/2026 WB Blends announced a strategic partnership with Yellow Emperor. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. WB Blends, a division of Western Botanicals, is a custom dietary supplement manufacturer based in Spanish Fork.

8/13/2026 CAI Software, LLC acquired LLumin, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CAI designs and develops enterprise resource planning software and related technology solutions and is based in Holladay. Paul Hastings LLP served as legal advisor to CAI.

8/13/2026 Kelso Industries, LLC acquired All Electric, LLC. On 8/15/2026, Kelso acquired Clearwater Construction & Management, LLC. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Kelso provides integrated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facility infrastructure solutions across commercial and industrial markets and is based in Draper. Honigman LLP served as legal advisor to Kelso.

8/14/2026 Kodiak Interiors Group LLC acquired Mountain Land Design, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Mountain Land retails luxury appliances, plumbing, and hardware products and is based in Salt Lake City.

8/17/2026 TruGolf Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqCM:TRUG) agreed to acquire Polymath Research Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. TruGolf, through its subsidiary, engages in the design, development, manufacture, and sale of golf simulators for residential and commercial applications and is based in Centerville. ArentFox Schiff LLP and Kelley Drye & Warren LLP are serving as legal advisors to TruGolf.

8/19/2026 Nexus IT Consultants LLC acquired Loyal IT LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Nexus operates as an IT services company that specializes in providing comprehensive IT support for small and medium-sized businesses and is based in Salt Lake City.

8/21/2026 AMS Fulfillment acquired VOX Fulfillment LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. VOX operates as a third-party omnichannel fulfillment provider that serves fast-growing brands across health, wellness, beauty, cosmetics, apparel, and consumer products and is based in Provo.

8/24/2026 America First Federal Credit Union entered into a merger agreement to acquire Greater Nevada Credit Union. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. America First provides savings and checking accounts, mortgages, auto loans, online banking, Visa products, financial tools, and business services and is based in Riverdale.

8/26/2026 Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqCM:PRTH) acquired Convenient Payments, LLC, dba IntelliPay, for $11.5 million plus up to $3.5 million in earnout payments. IntelliPay provides cloud-based payment processing solutions and customizable payment platforms for businesses and organizations and is based in Draper.

8/18/2026 Francisco Partners Management, L.P. agreed to acquire Weave Communications, Inc. (NYSE:WEAV) at an aggregate equity valuation of approximately $650.0 million. Weave operates an AI-powered patient communications, engagement, and payments platform for small and medium-sized healthcare businesses and is based in Lehi. Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is serving as legal advisor to Weave.

Private Placements

8/6/2026 Fluidx Medical Technology, Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding. Fluidx manufactures and sells embolic medical devices in global markets and is based in Salt Lake City.

8/12/2026 Mindgard Ltd announced that it has raised $29.7 million in its Series A financing round led by Album VC with participation from Karma Ventures OÜ, 406 Ventures Management, L.P., and other investors. Album is a venture capital firm based in Lehi.

8/13/2026 Peppy Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding led by Element Ventures with participation from Mana Ventures, Rock Creek Capital, LLC, and Colin Gardiner. Peppy develops and provides a generative AI robotics platform and is based in Salt Lake City.

8/20/2026 Apollo Atomics Inc. announced that it has received $26.0 million in a round of funding led by FCVC Advisors with participation from Alumni Ventures Group, LLC, Duke Capital Partners, Pelion, Inc., and other investors. Pelion is a venture capital firm based in Draper.

8/25/2026 Axiom Therapeutics LLC announced that it has received $10.0 million in a round of funding that included participation from 31 investors. Axiom develops covalent drugs to treat cancers and is based in Sandy.
